Sales Development Representative – Lead Generation

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time or part-time remote outbound lead generator. This role involves making outbound emails, texts, and calls to medical practice owners in the United States to understand their interest in and entice them into selling their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and send texts/emails to business owners throughout the day
- Communicate confidently to introduce our services and gather information
- Manage the pipeline in our CRM system
- Book appointments between targets and our management team
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the role
Requirements:
- Ability to commit to at least 15 hours every week (no specific schedule required)
- Interest in learning about and growing an M&A business
- Previous experience in lead generation and cold calling desired
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) desired
- Sales experience is a nice to have
Sample KPIs:
- Book at least 10 appointments per week
- Ensure 100% of appointments happen
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay starting at US$600 per month
- Opportunity to earn additional US$600+ per month in bonuses
