Mavis Tire – Production Designer
We are searching for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Production Designer with a strong emphasis on Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) and Adobe Libraries. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our Creative Department, ensuring the seamless execution of design assets across various platforms. This role requires expertise in Adobe CC tools, particularly in utilizing Adobe Libraries for efficient asset management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Production:
• Execute the production of design assets for various
projects, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
Adobe CC Proficiency:
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Utilize Adobe Libraries to organize, share, and manage design assets efficiently across the team.
Asset Management:
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of design assets using Adobe Libraries.
• Ensure consistency and version control of assets across projects and team members.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to streamline the design production process.
• Communicate effectively to understand and implement design specifications.
Efficiency and Workflow Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency using Adobe CC tools.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates within Adobe CC to enhance production processes.
Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks on produced assets to ensure they meet brand standards and project requirements.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to design assets.
Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices for utilizing Adobe Libraries and optimizing Adobe CC workflows.
• Share expertise in production techniques and tools to enhance overall team capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts.
• Proven experience as a Production Designer with a focus on Adobe CC tools.
• Expertise in utilizing Adobe Libraries for efficient asset management.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Familiarity with design file formats and specifications for various platforms.
• Knowledge of other design tools and production software.
