Luther Systems is an enterprise software company powered by blockchain technology. We are primarily focused on Automating Complex Enterprise processes. We provide a platform that can be used to automate applications on top. Applications span various processes across industries, for example insurance claims process, mortgage sourcing and origination process, inventory management and others. The application itself can either be built by the customer or by Luther.

Very exciting times ahead for us as we expand the team. You will have an important impact on growth of the customer pipeline and the culture of the team, as you’ll participate directly in the company’s business development strategy and see the direct impact of your work to our overall success. There is potential for growth in your responsibilities and learning in the company.

This role will provide you with new challenges every day, and you will have considerable exposure to the various aspects of the business.

Job Description

You will be defining key partnerships to target and manage the day-to-day interactions necessary for building long-term business and marketing opportunities, as the business grows.

Responsibilities

  • Execute business development plan, working with key internal stakeholders
  • Explain to potential customers, in simple terms, Luther’s platform, its value, benefits, how it works, its position in the market
  • Devise strategies for approaching the market
  • Identify and implement approaches to making events and conferences with the highest impact to participate in
  • Identify and implement approaches to making conference attendance highly impactful
  • Identify and implement approaches to making Luther’s events highly impactful
  • Identify and implement outreach plans
  • Identify and implement social media approaches
  • Identify and implement performance data measurement
  • Constantly monitor progress of implementation plans
  • Communicate with senior team members regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
  • Understand and research market segments, targeted industry verticals and customer base of Luther’s core product

Requirements

  • Preferably, experience working with the Enterprise B2B industry or fast paced technology environment, consulting, or technology firms
  • Tangible product marketing impact experience
  • Expected to be rigorous in regular planning and execution with high attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
  • Expert problem solving skills and ability to concisely communicate across the business
  • Top rated people skills
  • Experience with enterprise products preferred
  • Collaborative with strong teamwork, coordination, organization, planning and influencing skills
  • Self driven personality with ability to work independently and at pace in a dynamic organization
  • Adaptability and rapid adjustment to a fast paced and constantly changing environment and requirement set
  • Relentless focus on executing and owning the outcomes of the work
  • Natural problem solver
