Responsibilities:
Assisting in Training Sessions: Support our experienced coaching staff during quarterback training sessions, camps, and clinics by helping organize drills, providing feedback to athletes, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
Skill Development: Assist in the development of quarterbacks’ fundamental skills, including throwing mechanics, footwork, decision-making, and game strategy, through hands-on instruction and personalized coaching.
Video Analysis: Assist in filming training sessions and games, as well as analyzing footage to provide athletes with valuable feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Player Assessment: Participate in player evaluations and assessments to track progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide personalized recommendations for skill development and performance enhancement.
Mentorship and Support: Serve as a mentor and role model for athletes, offering guidance, motivation, and support to help them achieve their goals both on and off the field.
Requirements:
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of quarterback fundamentals and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate athletes of all skill levels.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take direction from experienced coaches.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as Kinesiology, Sports Science, Sports Management, Physical Education, or Coaching.
