Job Summary
Mohr Partners, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment in Corporate Real Estate.
Essential Functions
- Highly energetic with ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Interacting daily with multiple clients, financial institutions, and vendors.
- Ensure timely and defect-free account reconciliations.
- Ensure all monthly expenses are paid.
- Participate in regular balance sheet reviews and variance analyses.
- Assist with quality control of legal documents and audits.
- Creation of one-time payments/monthly rent payment batches.
- Vendor Creations/Updates.
- Attend weekly real estate meetings.
- Reviewing Account Receivable within Realcore.
- Assist the Accounting team in reconciling monthly GL accounts.
- Help with managing accounts payable and rents process.
- Assist in preparing journal entries and financial reports for the accounting team.
- Assist in looking at critical lease and commission agreements on our software system.
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Knowledge of Real Estate, preferably commercial real estate, preferred
- Major in Real Estate, Accounting, or similar preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Involves work of a general office nature
- Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
